U.S. spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs see net outflows on August 18

U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs posted a combined net outflow of $121.73 million on Aug. 18, marking the second consecutive trading day of outflows, according to data shared by Trader T on X. BlackRock’s IBIT led with $68.64 million in outflows, followed by ARK Invest’s ARKB ($65.75 million), while Bitwise’s BITB recorded a $12.66 million inflow. Concurrently, U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs saw a combined net outflow of $196.34 million, also their second consecutive trading day of outflows. BlackRock’s ETHA registered $86.87 million in outflows, followed by Fidelity’s FETH ($78.40 million), Grayscale’s ETHE ($18.70 million), Franklin Templeton’s EZET ($6.63 million), VanEck’s ETHV ($4.80 million) and Bitwise’s ETHW ($0.94 million). The remaining ETFs reported no change in holdings for the day.
