RUP Signal Update: Minor Divergence Detected ⚠️ Quick recap on the RUP divergence signal: This is a risk signal that has appeared at the BTC cycle tops every time, with a 100% win rate so far. Today, here’s an update: RUP is now flashing a minor divergence 👇 For the past two weeks, BTC’s daily chart has basically been flatlined, price chopping up and down in a super tight range. Whether you’re a bull or a bear, this is a real patience test. That said, a never-failed divergence signal is quietly brewing... As shown in the chart, whether it’s before the yearly top or in the risk signals I’ve regularly mentioned, I’ve been tracking RUP divergence on Twitter. On 7/18, I posted about the RUP divergence (see red dot in chart): BTC broke its 5/22 high and made a new ATH on 7/14, but RUP didn’t follow with a new high in the same period—divergence confirmed‼️ Recently, this signal is showing up again at a smaller scale: As shown in the red box in the chart, BTC made two price highs on 7/14 and 7/22, but RUP lagged again, failing to break its 7/14 level. ✏️Note: Prices are based on BTC daily close In my system, a minor RUP divergence isn’t enough to call a cycle top on its own, and smaller divergences are more fragile (easier to invalidate). But it definitely adds weight to a major RUP divergence. Both entries were around 118K. Quick rundown of Top Hunt Plan: Starting with the 1x BTC-margined short I used at the start of the year, plan is to scale the final leverage up to 1.15–1.25x for max short exposure. (Hedge short from earlier this year: x.com/market_beggar/status/189...…) Adding more was part of a prepared trading plan, but honestly, I still don’t see a clear top structure on the chart. Still, a plan is a plan—sticking to the rules, no exceptions. No idea how this ends, but if I’m wrong, I’ll own it and take the L.
